I check every piece for any defects or damage before it is dispatched to you.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact me immediately, by emailing ianclaper@byianclapper.com.

Please note that all my jewelry is handmade and that some pieces have a ‘worn’ or ‘aged’ look by design.
